Medication Spelling of the Day

Among a number of minor misspellings on a hand-written med list (including daly 4 times and dayly once) was:

hydrochorot

Hydrocodone?
Hydrochlorothiazide?
Hydrocortisone?
Hydro-Cobex?
Hydrochloric acid?

It's probably albuterol. Flippin' everybody is on albuterol, whether they need it or not.

i know for a fact this is Hydrochlorothiazide, my pt came in and needed a refill, lol but the pharmacy can only fit so many letters on the bottle, and for the elderly and sometimes for us, thats confusing!! :-) And ive seen more than one pharmacy spell that wrong, yep it happens!!
